As a courtesy to our clients, we can bill most insurance companies for you. Insurance co-payments and deductible payments are expected at the time of service, but we are a preferred provider for many insurance companies and will gladly submit bills on your behalf. Please contact us, or check with your insurance carrier to verify our participation in your program. We accept Aetna HMO, Unicare HMO, all PPO, Workers' Compensation, Medicare, and Motor Vehicle Accident insurance/coverages. We do not accept Public AID. Just because we are not listed on your insurance company's provider book does not mean we do not accept your insurance. Please call us to find out whether you are eligible for coverage and what your benefits for Physical Therapy are. You may also contact your insurance company to find out specific coverage and benefit information.
