How Physical Therapy will benefit you:

  • An individualized rehabilitation program will be created to focus on balance and any musculoskeletal restrictions
  • Anodyne therapy: is an infrared medical device that can increase circulation and reduce pain.  Anodyne therapy can help to restore sensation in the feet of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy.
Helpful hints:
  • Make sure to check your feet every night for  any changes in your skin integrity including minor cuts, scrapes, blisters, or pressure sores.   If left untreated these conditions can result in ulceration or infections.
